Job Description

Position: Backend Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Backend Developer to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side infrastructure that powers our web applications. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to integrate user-facing elements.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Implement security best practices for data protection.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Work with databases, caching mechanisms, and cloud services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Skills and qualifications

Skills and qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.

·        1-2 years of experience as a Backend Developer.

·        Languages & Frameworks: Proficiency in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or Java (Spring Boot).

·        Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

·        APIs: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

·        Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

·        Version Control: Proficient with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

·        Security: Understanding of authentication, authorization, and data encryption.

·        Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.

·        Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive mindset.
