ALIGHT Horn of Africa has been working in Somaliland since 2013, and has a permanent presence in Hargeisa, with an overall objective to enhance protection and promote the rights of displaced persons in Humanitarian need by improving and seeking durable solutions by providing primary health care, protection, training and skill transfer, income generating projects and other related services to innocent people uprooted by war and civil conflict.  ALIGHT Horn of Africa provides assistance to more than million refugees, displaced persons, returnees, and host communities where possible. 

In reference to this, ALIGHT Horn of Africa cordially invites Interested and eligible respective bidders with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work for the Construction of 34 communal iron sheet latrines and 6 disability-friendly latrines in Ainabo District. as per the terms and conditions provided in this ITT and the Provided BOQ and deigns.

ALIGHT Horn of Africa invites Interested Bidders with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar works to submit invitation to bid in a SEALED envelope and be deposited/delivered at ALIGHT Horn of Africa Tender Box in Hargeisa Office Respectively. (All Price estimates Must be submitted on ALIGHT Horn of Africa scope of work format).

2. Requirements for Tender Documents

1. Partial Documents will not be accepted.
2. Quote envelope should be sealed with the reference and must stamped.
3. Company Profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address.
4. Most recent Bank statements.
5. Price Estimate.
6. Workplan / Lead time.
7. Mode of Payment.
8. Valid Registration certificates for Somaliland Government. 
9. Tax Clearance Certificate. 
10. Evidence of Past Experience in a similar work (LPOs/Contracts, Recommendation letter etc.)
11. Bidders are permitted to submit a bid for only one lot.
12.  All bids should be written in English.

Interested Contractors with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are here by invited to submit their Bid in a SEALED envelope, clearly marked with the quote reference as mentioned in the above table Invitation to Tender for the Construction of 34 Communal iron Sheet Latrines and 6 Disability-Friendly Latrines in Ainabo District. and be deposited/delivered at Alight Horn of Africa office in Hargeisa Office. How to apply

Completed bids should be submitted to ALIGHT Horn of Africa Tender Box in Hargeisa Office.

The deadline for submitting the Tender Docs is on or before 6th April 2025 at 05:00 Pm and any Tender or documents received later than this date and time will not be Accepted. The sealed envelopes should be dropped at ALIGHT Horn of Africa Hargeisa Office Tender Box.
