Role Description

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team in Hargeisa. This is a full-time, on-site role. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging graphics, editing professional-quality videos, and producing creative multimedia content for social media and marketing campaigns. The role also requires developing content strategies, storytelling through visuals, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Design eye-catching graphics, layouts, and visual assets for marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media.

· Edit and produce high-quality videos, including promotional clips, advertisements, and product showcases.

· Record and refine video footage into polished final outputs with effects, transitions, and sound editing.

· Apply marketing knowledge to design visuals and campaigns that attract and convert customers.

· Create engaging content tailored for digital platforms to boost brand presence and audience engagement.

· Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with business objectives.

· Research current design, video, and social media trends to create modern and relevant content.

· Manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines.

Skills and qualifications

Qualifications

· 3–4 years of proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.

· Strong video editing skills, including transitions, effects, motion graphics, and audio integration.

· Solid understanding of marketing principles and how to apply them to creative design and content.

· Experience with social media content creation and management.

· Creativity and strong visual storytelling ability.

· Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· Portfolio Required: Applicants must include a portfolio showcasing previous design, video, and content creation work.
