The Somaliland Community Action Network (SCAN) is a Non-governmental Organization, non-profit making, non-political and non-partisan development that dedicated to provide a reliable and strong multi-purpose, established in the year 2008 engaged in promoting the community development with a focus on grass root initiatives to alleviate poverty and human suffering and to assist them in restoring their stability, social change, including agriculture production and Agricultural Marketing, Animal health and feeding, food security, monitoring, statistical development, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, development and empowering them to control their livelihoods basically.
