Job Description

Position: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Plan and oversee advertising, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Manage the company’s social media presence, content creation, and online engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns that drive revenue.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the electronics or retail sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop creative marketing campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and SEO.
