Regional Services Lead – Bosaso Office

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

ü  Represent Merit Advisory in all engagements and partnerships within the Bosaso region

ü  Supervise the delivery of assignments in Accounting, Audit, and Advisory in coordination with central teams

ü  Support on-ground implementation of Odoo ERP services and assist clients functionally

ü  Manage client relationships, reporting, and timely service delivery in line with firm policies

ü  Lead the Bosaso Office team, ensure discipline, quality, and operational efficiency

ü  Provide weekly office reports to management and escalate critical issues

ü  Maintain a strong local network and identify new business opportunities or risks

Skills and qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (ACCA/CPA a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting, or consulting
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal control standards
• A proven ability to quickly adapt to new systems
• Excellent organizational, reporting, and leadership skills
• High integrity, accountability, and ability to represent the firm professionally
