As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Customer Relations Officer to join our team and help us provide outstanding support to our valued clients.
Core Responsibilities:
? Functional Support & Implementation
- Configure Odoo functional modules (CRM, Sales, Projects, HR, etc.).
- Train users and support smooth implementation.
- Liaise with the technical team for custom development or issue resolution.
? Client Engagement & Solution Scoping
- Meet clients to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Document requirements and map them to Odoo modules.
- Showcase how our solutions solve real problems and create value.
? Post-Sale Support
- Ensure clients are onboarded properly.
- Follow up on adoption, satisfaction, and upselling opportunities.
? Marketing & Promotion of Solutions
- Promote Merit’s Odoo and digital business solutions to SMEs, corporates, and public institutions.
- Develop product brochures, presentations, demo scripts, and campaigns.
- Identify potential clients and lead business development activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and discovery meetings.
- Collaborate with the media team on targeted marketing initiatives (digital & events).
Skills and qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
- At least Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- Solid understanding of Odoo ERP (functional level).
- Experience in solution marketing, pre-sales, or business consulting is a plus.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
- Creativity in promoting solutions and building client trust.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
